Hardtail Frame Services
My Junior's hardtail kit and full frame service are the best fitting and most traditional looking hardtail options for your swingarm late panhead or shovelhead frame available.
Unlike every other option- I designed my tubes and fitment around a OEM swing arm frame, NOT a panhead frame or "replica panhead hardtail". This provides a much better fit and finish specific to swing arm frames which are dimensionally different to a panhead rigid frame.
Additionally I stamp flat OEM style cross plates for the transmission standoffs for the most correct looking tail I can provide. All components come unassembled so you can fine tune the fitment in your fixture to your specific frame for a stress free install which will give you a perfectly straight frame.
This is the only way to guarantee a zero straight frame. OEM frames are not straight and neither are most prefab hardtails. Two crooked halves cannot make a straight whole.
All components of my hardtail kits are cut, bent, machined and stamped in my shop.
For Hardtailing your frame I offer two options:
Option 1:
You can deliver or ship me your frame, completely disassembled and cleaned well to remove any grease or grime (does not need to be blasted) and i will take care of everything needed to convert your frame to rigid.
The cost of this complete service is $1,950 and includes all labor, tubes, machined components, stampings and USA poured axle plate castings from Hardtail Choppers, Inc. in Washington state. Your frame will have minor straightening included free of charge if needed. If your frame needs additional repair or straightening you will be contacted with a quote to do so.
I can also add any additional labor you would like done to the frame at this time (ex: removing unwanted mounting tabs, adding footpeg/ floorboard castings etc)
See Gallery below for examples of my work.
Option 2:
My "U-Weld" kit that you can purchase in the webstore and complete the install yourself -Includes all tubes, machined components, stamped transmission plates, and basic instructions. Axle plates are not included.
You must have a frame fixture to use this kit as all components need to be fitted individually. I DO NOT offer this kit pre-welded. Your frame is not straight, a prefab hardtail is always going to be stressed on install which will leave you with a crooked frame unless corrected which is also not possible without a fixture. Dont cut corners on the most important part of your entire build.
If you want to purchase a kit but dont know who can install it for you in your area, email me and i will find you an installer.
If you have any questions, or want to schedule your install please email juniorsmade@gmail.com or call (619) 960 0919.
