All Products sold on this website are not DOT or SAE approved and may not be legal for street use in certain jurisdictions.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to determine whether a product is legal for their intended use and to comply with all local, state, and federal vehicle laws and safety regulations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By purchasing and using our products, you agree that JUNIORS MADE LLC, and all affiliated parties are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle accidents or collisions

  • Personal injury or death

  • Property damage

  • Loss of use of the vehicle or downtime

  • Fines or legal penalties due to non-compliance

This limitation applies even if it is claimed that a product defect contributed to a failure or accident.

INSTALLATION & USE

All products must be installed by a qualified individual. We strongly recommend professional installation, especially for electrical and safety-related components. Improper installation voids all warranty coverage.
